Last Tuesday the Coyote app dumped a mid-trip reroute on me with about ten minutes' notice and added a delivery two hours out of the way. The tracking itself is actually pretty solid - I could watch ETAs update in real time and the dispatcher fixed the paperwork before I rolled into the yard. Still, out here on the West Coast I need predictable runs, and that surprise change with zero pay adjustment left me torn: useful tech, but too many last-minute surprises to fully trust.
