When a last-minute Mexico-bound load needed rerouting after a dock closure, Coyote's bid came in about 18% lower than our regular broker's quote. After thirty years managing a 200-truck fleet I don't accept low price at face value, but their clear line-item charges and absence of surprise accessorials meant the savings were genuine. For that run the price paid was unquestionably worth it, and Coyote has earned a place on our list for cost-sensitive lanes.
