Getting started was more frustrating than it needed to be. They had me jumping through hoops for carrier authority and insurance copies - took nearly two weeks before I could bid on decent loads, but once I finally got cleared the platform actually shows runs close to my terminals down here in the Southeast. So yeah, onboarding was clunky, but when it works the loads and tracking are decent; still leaves me wary enough to keep other brokers in rotation.
