Ten years on the West Coast managing a 30‑truck fleet taught me to value tools that shave minutes off repetitive tasks. Coyote’s mobile app made the biggest difference for us: drivers snapping photo-based proof-of-delivery that uploads instantly to the office has all but eliminated end-of-day paperwork and sped up billing. There are occasional GPS timestamp hiccups in remote areas, but for routine runs the app is dependable and has noticeably reduced phone traffic between drivers and dispatch.
