I've used ITS Logistics for about seven months. Getting started was tougher than I expected - the contract had a few hidden clauses, the onboarding contact changed twice, and EDI/TMS connectivity took nearly a month to stabilize. Frustrating. That said, once the drayage lanes were locked in and billing quirks were fixed, their port knowledge actually smoothed a lot of day-to-day headaches. With sixteen years in the business and a fleet of 85 trucks in the Pacific Northwest, I couldn't shrug off how much admin time was burned just to get to that point. I'm torn: they can run lanes well, but the initial friction makes me cautious about expanding the relationship quickly.
