When my container missed its booked slot and sat at the terminal 36 hours, ITS showed up with a driver and had a confirmed rebook in under eight hours. Compared to the outfit I used before that ghosted updates and left trailers idling for days, ITS’s live dispatch call and fast rebooking cut my detention nearly in half. Last month one of our trucks sat for four hours at the Port of Long Beach - ITS called, fixed the paperwork and had it moving in under an hour. I dispatch forty trucks in the Midwest and after 18 years of dealing with slow drayage partners, that single quick pickup (and the live gate updates) was night-and-day compared to our old provider.
