What I liked most was their responsiveness - real people answering and moving loads within an hour. Compared to the broker we used before, who left us with voicemail chains and day-long waits for confirmations, Allen Lund's team turned quotes and dispatch notes around fast enough that empty miles dropped noticeably. I handle dispatch for roughly 100 trucks in the Pacific Northwest, so delays multiply; their quick ETAs and proactive calls saved us time and fuel. The only snag was a heavy-haul permit that dragged a bit, but their carrier rep stayed on it until it cleared. Five stars from me for cutting the nonsense out of freight coordination.
