Bottom line: Kenco will move your trailer, but a scheduling glitch nearly wasted my whole day. I pulled in for a 9 AM slot that the portal showed as confirmed and then got flagged as a no-show - sat in the lot seven hours while dispatch and the gate argued, and after six years on Midwest runs I’ve never seen paperwork cause that much chaos. They finally put someone on the yard, the crew and the yard tractors tore through the unload, but I left irritated and not paid for most of the delay, so I’m torn.
