We've used Kenco for about nine months. Getting started was far easier than I expected - their onboarding engineer did an on-site systems mapping and had our truck telematics feeding directly into Kenco's WMS within five business days. After eight years in the business I was braced for long delays, but that live-data hookup kept routes tight and prevented a bunch of driver reassignments. There was one billing-code mismatch in week two that took an extra afternoon to sort, but the ops contact resolved it the same day once I flagged it. That fast, usable data at go-live is the single thing that really made me happy.
