Moshe Frami's review of Onfleet Driver
Last Tuesday a driver followed Onfleet's suggested reroute straight into a highway closure and we missed a 10 a.m. time slot. We had been using an in-house routing app that let us pin stops and force a sequence - Onfleet's live-traffic reroutes are smarter in many cases, but when a customer expects a strict sequence the lack of a "lock stop" option bit us. After 25 years managing a 120-truck fleet here in the Midwest I'm torn: drivers love the clean interface and the photo/signature capture is a big step up from our old clunky system, but the app's offline maps drop out in rural areas where half our runs go. Real-time status updates make dispatching easier most days, yet that one missing feature - manual stop priorities - keeps us keeping a handful of tricky routes on the old platform. Helpful and modern, yes; reliable for every kind of run, not yet.
