Freddy Kassulke-Boyle's review of Universal Logistics Holdings
Fleet manager of a 200-truck operation in the Southwest with thirty years on the road, I have mixed feelings about Universal Logistics' customer support. On good days their account reps move quickly - clear answers and same-day follow-ups on billing and claims make coordination straightforward when we need drayage or dedicated lanes; but those days are inconsistent, and when a lane hiccup appears the response can lag and handoffs between owned assets and third-party capacity feel muddled. If steady, predictable account management is your priority, plan to push for escalation and verify resolutions yourself; they can be helpful, but you won't always leave the interaction confident it's settled.
