…needed a rush refrigerated run from Florida up to New Jersey and Scotlynn pulled it off, mostly. Their own trucks handled temperature and timing fine on that lane - no surprises and the consignee signed without a complaint. When they piggyback to partner carriers, though, reliability slipped: two late unloads in a month and a lot of finger-pointing. Communication helps sometimes. I'm torn between keeping them on the lanes they've proven and shifting the rest to someone with steadier partner performance.
