We got hit with a snow squall and an irate clinic called claiming a $1,200 refrigerated delivery “never showed.” The driver had already snapped a proof-of-delivery pic in the Onfleet Driver app - time-stamp, GPS pin and everything - and I pulled the log up from the office; fifteen minutes later the clinic was off our case.
