Noble Lockman's review of Forward Air
After moving freight away from the small regional dray company we'd relied on, I tried Forward Air for a few months and left pretty torn. My five trucks run the PNW and the airport-to-airport schedules were actually tighter than what we had before - saved us a few panic loads - but their pickup updates were hit-or-miss and when things go sideways it's harder to get a human on the line than with our old local carrier. Decent option if you need faster lanes sometimes, but I still miss the straightforward, responsive folks we used before; not sure it's worth switching fully.
