I've used Forward Air for seven years. One late winter night a pallet of infusion pump parts missed its flight out of Portland and the hospital called in a panic - surgery schedules were at risk. Their on-duty rep stayed on the line, arranged a dray to the next airport, coordinated with the ramp agent, and the pallet was on the departure board within four hours. I run a hundred-truck operation in the Pacific Northwest, so I know how promises often fall apart; this was the opposite - accurate tracking and immediate callbacks. That single recovery saved the day and is the reason we trust them with our most time-sensitive loads.
