Bottom line: their appointment windows are useless - cost me a full day and a detention fee. I rolled into the terminal on time for a noon slot and sat six hours while dispatch kept bumping my time and the dock acted surprised I was there; blew the rest of my run and messed up the next customer's schedule. Support offered excuses, not fixes, and out here in the Northeast that kind of unpredictability costs real money, so I won't be booking with them again until scheduling actually works.
