Fleet manager for a 35-truck fleet in the Southwest; after seven years wrestling with small regional forwarders we moved several lanes to PSA BDP. Compared to what we used before, the one thing that actually made me happy was their shipment visibility portal - live updates and clear customs alerts cut our border hold-ups by at least half, which changed how we plan loads. Support is professional and punctual, rates aren't the cheapest, but that tracking already paid for itself in fewer detention feees, so I'm giving them four stars.

...switched from a small regional broker and PSA BDP's tracking portal actually worked - real-time updates that matched what I saw on the road, which was a relief. Paperwork and customs felt cleaner than before, out here in the Midwest that cuts down on wasted time at the yard. Still not perfect (customer support can be slow after hours), but definitely an upgrade overall.

Our initial shipment sat idle for 72 hours when PSA BDP failed to activate our portal account and misclassified two hazardous line items, forcing a rushed refile with customs. Getting started turned into a slog - duplicate forms, an account manager who changed twice in the first week, and no clear onboarding checklist cost my fleet of ten trucks significant idle time and nearly $3,000 in detention fees. If you need to move quickly, budget extra time and money for their setup.
