Bottom line: Flexport's tracking actually cut our wait times and ended a lot of the guessing around ETAs. After 22 years hauling with three trucks I switched from a broker who mostly called and hoped things lined up - the live status updates and clear pickup windows meant drivers didn't sit on the dock all day. The one thing that made me happiest was seeing customs releases pop up in the app before we left the yard; already saved us from a couple of detention fees.
