We had an urgent parts load that was accidentally routed to LAX instead of Seattle; the live tracking flagged the wrong port and their rep pinged me within the hour. Sam jumped on the phone with the carrier and customs, rerouted the booking and got a release placed - my driver avoided a wasted run. I manage a fleet of 85 trucks in the Pacific Northwest, so every hour a rig sits is money; that quick intervention probably saved us about $1,200 and kept a production line running. The portal can be sluggish on mobile and their rates aren't the cheapest, but that real-time alert plus the human follow-up earned them four stars from me.
Hated the mobile app. It kept freezing when I tried to upload the bill of lading and the push notifications showed up hours late, which cost me a missed appointment and about $900 in demurrage. Support bounced me between canned chat replies and a callback that never came - went back to calling my broker old-school and won’t trust the app for time-sensitive loads again.
