Yesterday a driver couldn't uplaod a POD through the Knight-Swift mobile app during a live reload, and it held up our dock for nearly an hour. The tracking and ETA feeds are useful and the carrier network behind it helps, but the app's navigation is clunky, crashes when I switch between shipments, and the search functon often times out - after five years managing 15 trucks in the Southeast I expect quicker, more reliable tools. I'm torn: those occasional accurate ETAs do help with planning, but the repeated login failures and laggs make day-to-day use frustrating; workable, yes, but not something I can fully trust yet.

Last Friday my intermodal load pinged three different ETAs in under an hour, so I ended up sitting at a dock two extra hours waiting for clearance. The live-tracking feed is great when it's right - saved me from deadheads before - but here it kept showing stale statuses and dispatch rolled with it like it was gospel. Been driving West Coast routes for three years, and that half-working visibility makes me honestly torn about using their logistics arm again.
