Yesterday a driver couldn't uplaod a POD through the Knight-Swift mobile app during a live reload, and it held up our dock for nearly an hour. The tracking and ETA feeds are useful and the carrier network behind it helps, but the app's navigation is clunky, crashes when I switch between shipments, and the search functon often times out - after five years managing 15 trucks in the Southeast I expect quicker, more reliable tools. I'm torn: those occasional accurate ETAs do help with planning, but the repeated login failures and laggs make day-to-day use frustrating; workable, yes, but not something I can fully trust yet.

Having managed a 60-truck fleet in the Southeast for 11 years, I recently moved my lanes from a longstanding regional broker to Knight‑Swift Logistics. The one thing that made a noticeable difference was their real-time visibility - ETAs were more accurate than before and that visibility let our dispatchers react quickly to terminal or border delays, which cut detention at several customers. Pricing still jumps in tight markets, so I stopped short of five stars, but service quality and capacity were a clear improvement over what we used previously.
