Getting set up wasn't effortless, but what made the difference was a single onboarding rep who learned our dispatch software and stayed on weekly calls until our EDI feed pushed through. That one person smoothing the tech handoff saved us weeks of back-and-forth; overnight we could see loads in their portal and my routing team stopped guessing. Paperwork for LTL rates took a couple more rounds, and there were a few missed carrier assignments early on, so not perfect.
