Only ding is their invoicing took a week to sort out, but for keeping customers happy they get a solid 4/5 from me.
Bottom line: GEODIS mostly works, but not consistently enough for tight windows. Their U.S. tracking dashboard actually helps when it refreshes and a warehouse once pulled a pallet same-day to save me, yet I’ve had last-mile ETAs slide two hours with no notice - for a three-truck owner-operator on the West Coast that can turn a good run into a wasted day.
