I've used CEVA Logistics for about 18 months. Compared to the regional broker we'd relied on for years, their digital platform is a breath of fresh air - real-time status and cleaner paperwork reduced back-office headaches. But on the road it's a toss-up: appointments at some CEVA warehouses are tighter and detention runs higher than what we got before, and my drivers complain about inconsistent loading windows. With a 25-truck fleet operating across the Midwest, predictable pickup times matter more than slick UIs, and CEVA hits that mark only part of the time. I'm torn: if you want better visibility and e-commerce integrations they're a clear step up, but if your operation depends on steady yard turn times like mine, expect growing pains.
