I've used CEVA Logistics for seven years. At first their multimodal freight rates and integrated platform helped shave shipping costs for our mid-size operation, but over time surcharges and quarterly rate bumps ate into those savings. We run about 100 trucks in the Pacific Northwest, so I noticed that their last-mile and warehousing charges often felt high compared with smaller local providers - yet their ability to move large overseas shipments still made them occasionally the cheapest option. Billing can be messy; one month the invoice matched the quote, the next it had a stack of accessorials that weren't clearly explained. I can't say it's a clear win or loss - sometimes worth the price when you're moving pallets across the ocean, sometimes not when you're trying to keep e-commerce margins intact.
