Bottom line: CEVA pulled off a last-minute save that kept a just-in-time auto parts run from turning into a factory stoppage. We had a trailer stranded after a washed-out county road cost us a rail connection, and their portal literally alerted us before our own dispatcher pieced it together. After 20 years running a 40-truck fleet I don’t get impressed easily, but their U.S. ops coordinator called, booked a nearby cross-dock and arranged a CEVA pickup that handed off the load with an hour to spare. No one pointed fingers; they just took control and kept our customer’s line running. Simple, effective action on one thing - finding a way to get the freight there - made the difference.
