Three months using Echo and I still don't have a stable EchoShip connection to our dispatch system - the onbarding docs were contradictory and their API examples didn't match reality. Last spring one of our reefers got reassigned through Echo and the driver ended up sitting two hours outside Albany because the pickup address changed in the app at the last minute. Their EchoShip map makes those changes way clearer than the clunky email chain my old broker used, and I run ten trucks in the Northeast, but support's response time is hit-or-miss so the tech wins some days and creates extra headaches on others.
