Moshe Frami's review of Loadstop
What I disliked most was a load that vanished after we'd already dispatched a truck. We grabbed a posted reefer run that showed pickup at 11am and $1,200 pay, sent a driver 180 miles, and when he arrived the broker told him it had been rebooked - no alert, no timestamped confirmation on the platform, just radio silence. That deadhead plus detention and a missed higher-paying run cost us roughly $1,700 and a very unhappy customer. With 25 years in the business and a 120-truck fleet, I expect basic safeguards; LoadStop's posting verification and lack of fast support are maddening. Fix those two things and it might be usable, but right now it's too risky to rely on for dispatch decisions.
