Getting a clear, instant rate instead of waiting on a broker for three callbacks and vague promises changed how we dispatch. The real-time pricing is the standout - last month a Chicago–Davenport load would have sat until the next morning with our old broker, but the app showed a fair number, I booked, and the driver picked up that afternoon. It isn’t flawless; rates still spike some weeks and the app's load filters could use cleanup, but it's lighter on phone tag and paperwork than what I used before. That one thing - honest, fast pricing - keeps my dispatchers off the phone and gives this a solid four stars from me.
