Roselyn Osinski's review of Uber Freight
Bottom line - rates look good on the screen but once you factor in fees and deadhead they rarely feel worth it. The app pulls you in with real-time pricing, but for my three-truck operation after nine years I found a “nice” load turned into a wash once detention and fuel were counted; sometimes it’s fine for a quick fill, sometimes it’s not even close. I’ll keep using it when the route lines up, but I won’t build my business around it.
