Bottom line: Uber Freight was unreliable when timing mattered and it cost my fleet real money. We booked three loads that week - app showed them as confirmed, but two canceled within a few hours and the platform offered nothing close to replacement capacity. Drivers sat at docks, missed a scheduled retailer window, and between detention fees and a lost spot on a recurring lane we took about a $1,700 hit. I manage 20 trucks in the Northeast and tried support twice; both times the reps promised to escalate but never followed up, and the Transplace side of the platform just added confusing tracking updates instead of answers. Until they actually fix confirmation accuracy and live support response, I won't rely on Uber Freight for anything time-sensitive.
