The immediate re-routing and on-screen ETA updates kept him focused and turned what could have been a cascade of missed deliveries into a short detour. After twelve years managing a 55-truck fleet in the Southeast, I value the mobile interface’s simplicity for drivers who don’t want to fiddle with settings, though occasional map glitches under poor data conditions cost a star.
