Two months ago a refrigerated load bound for Tucson stalled in Chicago and sat with no meaningful updates for nearly twelve hours. I’ve managed a 200-truck operation across the Southwest for thirty years, so that kind of downtime is expensive and visible. Navisphere gives solid visibility in routine runs and carrier reachability is usually good; but on that day communications lagged, carriers blamed terminal congestion, and we had to pay for local drayage to protect the delivery window. I’m genuinely torn - service works often enough to keep us engaged, yet the occasional breakdowns are disruptive, so three out of five from me.
