Larissa Lemke's review of C.H. Robinson
I've used C.H. Robinson for six months and getting started was a headache. Onboarding dragged on - what was pitched as a quick Navisphere hookup turned into three different reps asking for the same insurance forms and MC numbers, and it took ten days before we could actually book a load. After 18 years in the Northeast running a 50-truck fleet, that kind of administrative churn is unforgivable; we had two trucks sitting deadhead for a week while paperwork sorted itself out, which ate into margins. The onboarding screens are clunky for adding carriers and support kept giving scripted answers that didn't match our lanes. Won't expand their use in my network until onboarding is fixed; too costly to gamble on again.
