I've used GetCircuit for about 18 months. What made me happiest is the mobile app's on-the-fly reroute and ETA updates - I tap a stop, it recalculates around traffic and the delivery sequence updates instantly; in rainy PNW mornings that quick fix keeps my three trucks moving and cuts the back-and-forth with customers.

I've used GetCircuit for about two years across our regional operation. It repeatedly failed to recalc routes during heavy traffic and the app froze on drivers' tablets mid-shift, so teams had to improvise routes by phone and paper - which led to missed delivery windows and extra overtime.
