Eino Hirthe's review of C.H. Robinson
The mobile app gets the daily chaos down to a dull roar. What I really appreciate is the geofence-based ETA alerts - drivers don't have to call in every time they hit the yard anymore, and dispatch gets a push that actually updates our load board in real time. After seven years handling admin for a 100-truck operation in the Pacific Northwest, cutting those check-in calls was huge for us. The photo proof and signature capture work even when cell service drops between mountain passes, though sometimes the upload queues take a minute to clear once we're back online. A couple of UI screens feel cluttered and the search could be snappier, but for day-to-day use it's dependable and saves us time.
