Right after the I-84 cluster, I remember thinking they were solid - then two late pickups in a week made me question it. Navisphere's tracking usually tells me where a load is, which helps with quick dispatch decisions. But in heavy weather or sudden route changes the updates can lag and some carriers booked through them will cancel with little notice, and that unpredictability is what fries tight schedules. With 20 trucks in the Northeast they've pulled through a few times by re-routing and finding cover, just not with the consistency I need. Support folks are pleasant and will work a problem, but tickets take too long to close, so it's reliable enough to use, frustrating enough to keep looking around.
