Five years I've used it. The Amazon mobile app, which we depend on for manifests and inventory checks, routinely drops connections and misreports stock levels - that ap froze during three critical check-ins last month and cost us overtime, rerouting fees and a late-delivery fine. Support blamed network issues while our telematics proved the app failed before trucks left the yard; drivers with our 15-truck fleet sat idle for hours because the scanning UI wouldn't synch, and that's unacceptable.
Bottom line: getting set up with Amazon FBA/MCF was way easier than I braced for. The shipping-plan wizard that spits out pallet and carton labels in one go - that single page saved my guys countless trips back to the shop; I run a fleet of 50 trucks in the Southeast, and even with our oddball pallets the bulk upload accepted everything on the first pass. Support was reachable if needed, but mostly we just clicked through and moved inventory out the door.
