The FBA/MCF fees run higher than my usual line-haul for a one-off, but because they handled returns (no pointless backhauls) and kept customers satisfied, the price was worth it - 4/5.
Bottom line: getting started with FBA/MCF was fiddly but worth the hassle. Learning the packaging rules took some head-scratching, but their bulk label/manifest tool that prints everything in one go saved us a ton of time - that was the thing that actually made me happy.
