The Amazon mobile app, which we depend on for manifests and inventory checks, routinely drops connections and misreports stock levels - that ap froze during three critical check-ins last month and cost us overtime, rerouting fees and a late-delivery fine. Support blamed network issues while our telematics proved the app failed before trucks left the yard; drivers with our 15-truck fleet sat idle for hours because the scanning UI wouldn't synch, and that's unacceptable.
