Last Tuesday, what used to be a four-hour Bellevue run - because our old planner sent drivers backtracking - was wrapped up in two hours with Circuit. After eight years managing a 75-truck fleet across the Pacific Northwest, I can spot wasted miles a mile away, and this was immediately obvious. The single thing that made me happy was Circuit’s live route reordering: when I-405 locked up, it reshuffled stops on the fly and shaved off unnecessary detours. Compared to the clunky, batch-only system we used before, where any change meant a dispatcher re-exporting routes, Circuit pushed updates straight to the app without phone calls. Drivers are calmer, ETAs are tighter, and fuel burn has dropped - a clear operational win for us.
