All 22 reviews →When a sudden factory rework dumped 800 small-part orders on us the week before Christmas, Amazon pushed them out overnight and I didn't have to pull drivers off routes. The FBA/MCF fees run higher than my usual line-haul for a one-off, but because they handled returns (no pointless backhauls) and kept customers satisfied, the price was worth it - 4/5.
Bottom line: getting started with FBA/MCF was fiddly but worth the hassle. Learning the packaging rules took some head-scratching, but their bulk label/manifest tool that prints everything in one go saved us a ton of time - that was the thing that actually made me happy. After a couple days of testing with our 60-truck dispatch in the Southeast we had a steady flow that didn’t bog down drivers, so I’ll give it four stars.
Five years I've used it. The Amazon mobile app, which we depend on for manifests and inventory checks, routinely drops connections and misreports stock levels - that ap froze during three critical check-ins last month and cost us overtime, rerouting fees and a late-delivery fine. Support blamed network issues while our telematics proved the app failed before trucks left the yard; drivers with our 15-truck fleet sat idle for hours because the scanning UI wouldn't synch, and that's unacceptable.
