Last Thursday a driver halfway up Snoqualmie Pass lost map tiles and the app rerouted him off the main road because it thought the pass was closed - not great on a snowy morning. I run five trucks across the Pacific Northwest and after four years of fiddling with route apps I actually like Circuit’s live ETAs and the way the phone recalculates when traffic shifts, but the mobile UI is flaky and editing stops on the go is awkward and crash-prone. It helps a lot when it behaves, but some days handing the phone to a driver feels like rolling the dice.
