Freddy Kassulke-Boyle's review of JAS
Bottom line: getting started with JAS was fiddlier than advertised and took more hand-holding than I expected. The SmartHub looked promising, but linking it to our in-house dispatch system required custom mappings, repeated test shipments, and about two weeks of back-and-forth with their support team - helpful people, but a slow cadence that cost us time. With thirty years in fleet management and a 200-truck operation in the Southwest, I can see the payoff once it’s running; still, I’m genuinely torn because the onboarding effort was steeper than it needed to be.
