Three years and counting with JAS. What really stood out was SmartHub’s real-time ETA and exception alerts - they ping my phone the moment a container misses a milestone so I can reassign drivers before it turns into detention. Last winter a vessel slipped two days and we rerouted an inbound load to a nearby cross-dock within the hour; saved us roughly $6,500 in layover and extra driver pay. The map interface gets cluttered when we track many shipments at once, but the alerts themselves are accurate and fast. For a 50-truck operation in the Northeast with 18 years on the road, that early warning alone has paid for the service.
