Real-time tracking was the best part - JAS SmartHub actually showed trailer locations instead of the vague, day-old updates I got from my last forwarder. That one change saved me a deadhead last week and made a real difference for a two-truck operation in the Southwest with 14 years on the road.

When a last-minute customs hold threatened to strand a load in Miami on a Saturday night, the JAS agent not only called customs but stayed on the line and texted our dispatcher every 15 minutes until the release came through. I’ve got 50 trucks and losing that run would have wrecked the week - what made me happiest was the follow-up: a SmartHub note with the cleared paperwork attached so I could file it without digging.
