Jennie Crona's review of JAS
Bottom line: JAS promised better visibility and ended up costing my operation more than the old broker ever did. Their SmartHub timeline was often wrong - shipments marked ‘in transit’ for days while drivers sat idle at docks because customs clearance hadn’t actually happened. With my 40-truck fleet we racked up roughly $4,500 in detention and rework in one month alone, plus a couple of lost spot customers who couldn’t wait. Customer service oscillated between canned emails and finger-pointing; the previous company would have called, fixed the hold, and moved on. Not acceptable.
