Adonis Kerluke's review of RyderShare
Fleet manager at a 75-truck outfit in the Pacific Northwest with eight years under my belt - last December a sudden chain law and a blown bridge closure stranded a load east of Yakima and our booked carrier bowed out. I clicked into RyderShare hoping for a hail-mary and its carrier-matching tool turned up a local hauler with the right trailer type in about 30 minutes, paperwork and booking confirmed while I was still on the phone with the shipper. That one quick match is what sold me: once the new truck was on the way, the live tracking let me give the receiver a solid ETA instead of guessing, which avoided a detention charge and a lot of angry follow-ups. Small gripe: the tender pricing can be a bit higher than the open market at times and the mobile app hiccups on slow rural connections, but for scrambling out of a real mess it did exactly what I needed.
