Emory Rolfson's review of RyderShare
I've been using RyderShare for about a year. The mobile app's live tracking and push alerts are what really saved my afternoons - one timely ETA ping stopped a backlog from forming last month. I manage 85 trucks around the Pacific Northwest, and those minute-by-minute updates mean my dispatchers stop chasing drivers over the phone. There are hiccups: maps will stall in some mountain passes and the booking flow can feel sluggish when cell service drops, but alerts usually sync back up quickly. It cuts down on calls and paperwork enough that it's worth keeping in our daily toolkit, though offline scheduling could be improved.
