I've used RyderShare for about 18 months. Support has been the strangest mix - when you catch a seasoned rep they move fast and make the system actually feel helpful, but more often tickets sit in limbo and the portal's status updates are misleading. For what it's worth, with a 120-truck fleet I've run for 25 years out of the Midwest, the good reps helped me rebook a critical late load last winter in under an hour and saved the day. But another time a payment/rate discrepancy took three days to sort and left two trucks idle while carriers waited on confirmation. I'm torn - RyderShare's support can be a lifesaver, yet the inconsistency means it sometimes creates as many headaches as it solves, so we're keeping it but watching responses closely.
